Unlike refined sugars, date sugar is simply whole, dehydrated dates ground into a fine powder, retaining the natural fiber and nutrients of the fruit. Its subtle caramel-like flavor enhances products without overpowering them. As a dry ingredient, it offers excellent flowability for use in commercial mixers and automated production lines.
